1. New Cellar Doors:
New composite cellar doors have now been fitted but there is a problem with the doors bowing. This has been taken up with the manufacturers.
2. Landing windows
The landing windows have been repaired and painted.
3. Pruning Trees
Due to a delay in Council permission to prune the trees, both the the front drive and garden trees will be pruned in the Autumn.
4. Common Parts
We are now preparing a schedule for redecorating the common parts.
5. Fire Report
A new Fire Report has been commissioned and can be seen via the link on the left.
